Harry is the founder of New Generations, and he serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Harry received religious study degrees from San Jose Bible College, Prairie Bible Institute (Canada) and Pepperdine University. He also received an MBA from San Jose State. In 1995, Harry was asked by the leadership of Cityteam Ministries to launch a church planting division that ultimately became New Generations.
The vision of New Generations is to catalyze Disciple Making Movements everywhere. The scope of the ministry now spans over 1,200 people group engagements and has produced 205,289 new churches that encompass nearly 3.5 million new disciples and 444 movements by a definition of at least 100 new churches with four generations of multiplication.
Harry and his wife, Audrey, have served in full-time ministry for over 50 years. They have two grown daughters and five grandkids.
