Andy will serve as the President of New Generations beginning in July 2024. He comes to the team with an extensive background in non-profit, church, and missional leadership. Prior to joining the New Generations Family, Andy co-founded and led a nationwide church network to equip churches to maximize their impact and multiply other churches. He also served on the leadership team at Oaks Church outside of Dallas, TX, providing direction for all external initiatives, including church planting, community engagement, and global missions. Through his collaborative approach to leadership, Andy has been a catalyst for collective impact initiatives, bringing together leaders in business, education, non-profit, government, and churches to work together for the good of their cities.
He previously served as the head of U.S. Church Relations for a large global non-profit and has extensive experience in missions, having traveled to dozens of countries to partner with local leaders in making disciples and seeing their communities look more like Heaven. Fueled by a heart to serve other leaders and a passion to see ordinary followers of Jesus become disciple-makers and church planters, Andy is eager to link arms with the New Generations Family around the globe to catalyze Disciple Making Movements and co-labor together toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Andy has a B.S. in Business Management from Grove City College and later studied at both Fuller Theological Seminary and Moody Bible Institute, receiving his Master’s Degree in Global Ministry Design. Andy and his wife, Lindsey, met while doing missions work in Kenya and love doing life and ministry together. They live outside of Dallas, TX, with their three wild and beautiful daughters, Olivia, Zoey, and Eliana. Andy is best described by his 3-year-old as, “does hard things, biking, loving, and computering.”
