Robert has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including Associate Pastor, Church Planter, and Area Pastor. His passion for coaching extends to guiding Pastors, Church Planters, and Missionaries, while also overseeing Mission Partnerships in Mexico, Rwanda, and Mali. He is currently serving as the Lead Pastor of Hope Vineyard Church.
In 2018, Robert’s quest for an effective disciple-making process for his church led him to discover Disciple Making Movements (DMM) at a New Generations Summit. Enthralled by its obedience-based, discovery-focused, and multiplicative approach, he became devoted to implementing DMM principles. This commitment led to the establishment of DiscipleSTL in 2019, a team dedicated to bringing DMM to the St. Louis area.
Having found a home in the New Generations family, Robert is enthusiastic about contributing in any capacity possible. Residing in St. Louis with his wife, Kim, they cherish their family life, boasting four adult children and a delightful array of grandchildren.
