INSIDE…
FROM A DREAM TO DISCIPLESHIP
HOW YOU’RE SPARKING MOVEMENTS THROUGH MEDIA MULTIPLIERS
He didn’t expect the dream to change his life. In it, he saw a logo for something called The Way, and he also saw the face of a man he didn’t recognize.
When he woke up, the images were so vivid he couldn’t shake them. So he pulled out his phone and typed the words into Facebook. To his astonishment, there it was: a page with the very logo from his dream. He clicked “Message.” And the man who replied—“Mo,” a New Generations movement leader—was the same person he had seen in the dream.
Their conversation quickly turned to Jesus. The seeker asked questions. Mo encouraged him and prayed with him, and within days, the man began following Jesus.
The heartbeat of Media Multipliers
Moments like these are the heartbeat of Media Multipliers, a new strategy that accelerates disciple-making. On the surface, the approach is simple: a Facebook ad, a TikTok clip, a radio broadcast. But in God’s hands, these everyday tools become launchpads. They connect seekers who are hungry for truth and identify potential disciple-makers who will go on to lead entire movements.
Media Multipliers doesn’t replace face-to-face discipleship. It makes it possible. A digital ad may spark the conversation, but the life-to-life journey still happens in homes, cafés, and village gatherings. But without that first click, many seekers and future movement leaders would never be found.
From hidden believer to movement leader
In a Middle Eastern country, a young believer responded to an ad. He had come to faith recently but had no mentor, no training, and no community. What he did have was spiritual hunger. Through coaching, encouragement, and disciple-making training, he began to grow.
Today, he’s leading one of the most explosive movements we’ve seen: 8 generations of disciples, 131 new churches, and more than 7,500 new followers of Jesus—including former Taliban fighters and even imams.
This is why Media Multipliers isn’t just outreach. It’s breakthrough! It’s helping find people God is already stirring—both seekers longing for answers and leaders ready to rise. It’s accelerating disciple-making in places where traditional approaches can’t reach. And it’s opening doors for movements that spread far beyond a single conversation.
How does media multipliers work?
Media Multipliers is a New Generations strategy that uses ordinary tools like digital ads, radio programs, and even Google searches to open extraordinary doors for disciple-making. Here’s how it works:
Nearly everyone has a phone. So we run ads and programs on Facebook, TikTok, radio, or search engines to spark curiosity and invite people to connect.
When someone responds with genuine interest, a trained believer begins the conversation safely, personally, and in their own language.
The digital connection is just the start. Life-to-life discipleship still happens in homes, cafés, and gatherings. Media Multipliers simply makes that first meeting possible.
Why it matters
Worldwide, there are approximately 7.21 billion smartphones, or about 90% of the global population*. That means nearly everyone, even in remote or restricted areas, is already online.
Traditional methods can’t always reach places where missionaries are banned and churches are underground, but Media Multipliers can. It accelerates what God is already doing, helping seekers discover Christ and uncovering hidden leaders who can multiply movements.

GOD IS USING YOU TO ADVANCE
THE GOSPEL DESPITE PERSECUTION
This year has been one of the deadliest in recent memory for Christians around the world. Just weeks ago in East Africa, Al Shabaab massacred 12 New Generations disciple-makers and their 18 children. Elsewhere, two leaders lost their lives simply trying to attend a New Generations training. And of course in Nigeria, thousands of Christians have been killed and entire churches destroyed.
Persecution takes many forms. Sometimes it’s sudden and devastating, and families and whole communities are left to grieve their lost loved ones. Other times it looks like rejection, suspicion, or being driven from home. That was Mama Sarah’s* story.
When she and her family came to Christ, neighbors turned against them and they were forced to leave their village and begin again in a new place. Instead of shrinking back, Mama Sarah chose boldness. Equipped by God’s Word and Disciple Making Movement (DMM) training, she began sharing her testimony, and today she is leading a community where Jesus is known and worshiped.
What should silence the church, God is using to strengthen it. Where believers are targeted, He is raising up new leaders. Where families are scattered, He is planting new communities of faith. And God is using you, too.
Through your prayers and gifts, you’re providing persecuted believers with Scripture, training, and support. You’re caring for families who’ve lost everything. And you’re equipping leaders to choose courage and multiply disciples.
The persecution of Christians is real, and the cost is great. But God’s Spirit is moving, and nothing can stop the advance of His Kingdom. So thank you for being part of God’s unstoppable work. Through your faithfulness, He’s advancing the Gospel, even where persecution is fierce and the cost is high.

WHY THIS MOMENT
MATTERS FOR THE GOSPEL

Andy Lehmann
President
Every once in a while, God opens a door that we know won’t stay open forever. I believe that’s the moment we’re living in right now.
Technology has created a rare, sovereign window for the gospel. Almost everyone on earth carries a phone in their pocket. Billions are scrolling, searching, and asking questions every day. And for the first time in history, we can meet them there.
That wasn’t possible even 20 years ago, and it may not be possible 20 years from now. We’re already seeing more restrictions, more censorship, and more efforts to shut down the very channels that are wide open today. But right now, the door is open.
Through Media Multipliers, believers are using ordinary tools—Facebook ads, WhatsApp messages, radio broadcasts, Google searches— to connect with people God is already stirring. Some are seekers hungry for truth. Others are hidden leaders who will go on to multiply entire movements of disciples.
I don’t know how long this season will last, but I do know this: We can’t afford to waste it. This is our moment to step boldly into the opportunities God has put before us, to make disciples where it was once unthinkable, and to trust Him to multiply the harvest.
A word from Harry
Advancing. Accelerating. overcoming.
Dear Friend,
I like to keep things simple. So when I try to describe what’s happening in Disciple Making Movements right now, three words seem to capture it: advancing, accelerating, and overcoming.
The gospel is advancing. Every day, people are coming to faith and new churches are starting. It’s not just getting bigger, it’s spreading! The Good News is pushing into new places we once wondered if it could ever reach.
It’s accelerating. Ordinary tools like a radio spot, a Facebook ad, even a text message, are speeding things up in ways that surprise me. The Spirit of God is igniting fires in places we thought were cold and closed. And your prayers and gifts are the fuel on those fires, keeping them burning hot and spreading fast. The current trend is 128 new churches with 818 new disciples a day!
And it’s overcoming. Wherever the gospel goes forward, it meets resistance. That’s nothing new. What still amazes me, though, is how often the resistance ends up spreading the fire even further. I’ve seen grieving believers sing louder and frightened believers grow bolder. And I’ve seen your support help them keep going when it would have been easier to stop.
So if you ever wonder whether your prayers and generosity matter, I hope you’ll take this to heart: You are part of a story that can’t be stopped. Ordinary people, in hard places, are standing strong because God is at work and you chose to stand with them.
Please don’t forget those three words: advancing, accelerating, and overcoming. Because that’s the story you’re part of.
Blessings,

Harry Brown
